Ludwigsburg University of Education

As project coordinator, LUE leads the overall design and implementation of eTACCHE. A renowned institution for teacher education in Germany, LUE brings deep experience in virtual exchange, curriculum development, and immersive learning technologies. The university also leads the creation of eTwinning project kits and coordinates the quality assurance and management of the consortium.

Tallin University

Tallinn University is a modern and dynamic research university in Estonia, recognized for its leading role in promoting an intelligent lifestyle—one grounded in research-based decision-making that enhances societal well-being. With a strong focus on digital technologies and educational research, the university plays a key role in advancing digital learning environments and driving innovation in quality assurance. The University of Crete

The University of Crete is a multi-disciplinary, research-oriented public educational institution. Located at campuses in Heraklio and Rethymno in Crete, it offers a vibrant social and intellectual environment for research and education, committed to excellence. Founded in 1973, the UoC accepted its first students in the academic year 1977-'78 and now includes 16 Departments in 5 Schools

Gordon Academic College of Education

Gordon Academic College of Education is renowned in Israel for its focus on training students to become teachers and furthering the professional development of in-service teachers. It awards Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Master of Education (M.Ed.) degrees, including a M.Ed. in Innovation in Education, recognized by Israel’s Council for Higher Education. The college combines academic rigor with practical training, leveraging modern technologies and innovative teaching methods across its curriculum. With a legacy spanning over 70 years.

The University of Oradea

The University of Oradea is a comprehensive higher education institution, comprising 15 faculties and 5 colleges. It enrolls over 30,000 students in a variety of programs, including short-term and long-term education, day and evening courses, and other forms of attendance. The university's mission is to offer high-quality education and research in a national and international context, contributing to the social, professional, and intellectual development of individuals, as well as to the social and cultural enhancement of Oradea.
